Trust starts with the details.

Your agency needs control over who can sign in, which workspace they can access, and how policy changes are recorded. Here is what is implemented and what is still being prepared.

Access belongs
to an organization.

Identity, permissions, and records should agree on who can access the work.

Architecture illustration · tenant policies require production configuration and validation.

Implemented foundation

Server-validated sessions, organization membership checks, tenant-scoped database policies, and protected application routes.

Before real agency data

Complete repository migration, validate storage and deployment configuration, and review access controls in the target environment.

Approved access

The application uses email/password authentication, server-verified sessions, and active organization membership. Self-service trials create a separate agency workspace; inactive accounts remain restricted.

Server-validated sessions

Access is checked by the server when an application page or private API is requested. A valid session and active organization membership are required. Public contact submissions are validated separately.

Organization boundaries

The database foundation checks organization membership before granting access to agency records. This protection applies to migrated database records; remaining browser-local workflows are identified separately below.

Operational history

Policy servicing preserves before/after snapshots and review events. Pending changes remain distinct from the active policy version.

Readiness and limitations

Live infrastructure configuration, independent security review, and migration of the existing local CRM repositories remain prerequisites for handling real agency data.

No unverified certifications

We do not claim SOC 2, ISO certification, a contractual uptime commitment, or regulatory compliance certification. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Transport and secrets

Production authentication requires HTTPS and secure cookies. Provider secrets stay on the server. Hosting TLS and provider encryption settings must be verified before real data is handled.

Roles, with explicit approval

Application access requires a valid session and active organization membership. Role checks belong on the server and in database policies. Local team interfaces do not by themselves enforce production permissions.

The existing CRM repositories remain local/mock. Supabase policies do not isolate browser-local records. Infrastructure validation, repository migration and security review must precede real customer data.
